It's simple—just think about how many standard vehicles can comfortably park on your driveway at one time! If it fits 1 car, it's a Small; 2 cars is a Medium; and 3 or more cars falls into our Large tier. If you have an irregularly shaped layout or a massive property, we can easily calculate a custom quote based on square footage.
To keep our baseline package prices as low as possible for everyone, our travel policy is strictly distance-based from our home base in Utah County:
0–20 miles: Free (No travel fee)
21–40 miles: $30
41–60 miles: $50
Beyond 60 miles: Contact us for a custom quote before booking.

Never. We know exactly how much pressure a surface can handle. For driveways, we use specialized surface cleaners that distribute pressure completely evenly to prevent etching or "tiger striping." We also heavily pre-wet and protect all surrounding grass, landscaping, and flower beds.
We use professional, commercial-grade pressure washers and surface cleaners that deliver far more consistent power and a much deeper clean than standard residential pressure washers you can buy at a home improvement store. This ensures a flawless, streak-free finish every time.
Nope! As some of our clients are busy during the day, you don't need to wait around. As long as we have clear access to the areas being cleaned and your outdoor water spigot is turned on, you can completely go about your day. We can text you "before and after" photos when the job is completed and handle invoicing electronically.
Yes, we require access to a working outdoor water spigot (hose hookup) on the property to connect our professional-grade equipment.
We just ask that you park all vehicles in the garage or on the street, clear away loose items (like toys, potted plants, or door mats) from the driveway or patio, and ensure your pets are safely secured indoors.
It usually takes between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending entirely on the size tier of the driveway and how heavily stained the concrete is.
A light drizzle won't stop us—the concrete is getting wet anyway! However, if there is a severe downpour, lightning, or freezing temperatures, we will contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day at no penalty to you.
To maintain pristine curb appeal and prevent slick algae, mold, weeds, and winter salt damage from degrading your concrete joints, we highly recommend a professional wash once a year—typically in the spring or fall.
